PROCESSING:-

• Obtain the business associate form and proposal, than fill up form.
• The original proposal form, agreement, passport size photographs and all the self-attested documents as per above checklist along with the payment details have to send in hard copy to the Indian Salahkar Head Office on the Below Mentioned address.

• Within 24 working hours of receiving the documentation and the payment details by you and the verification thereof, you will receive a Business Associate ID and password through Which you Can start your working with us
• After approving the terms and conditions with Indian Salahkar, Both the parties will undersign an agreement stating Taxzeal has authorised you to open a franchise in your area. This agreement will contain all the important information regarding our program. The fee which will be paid by you will also be mentioned in the agreement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: -
•    We are working in 2 part 

1. First Part is Public Relationship Officer (PRO ) (i.e. our Business Partner and Franchises)
2. Second Part is an Administration Officer (i.e. Taxzeal Team)

•    A Franchise Certificate or Business Partner Certificate will be issued by company only after completing your Registration Process, Payment of Fees & Documentation.
•    We will issue Franchise and Business Partner Certificate for a period of 5 Years after that you will required renewal of Franchise or Business Partner Certificate.
•    Our company will not pay any type of Courier and Post & D.D. Charges.
•    If your cheque dishonoured an amount of Rs. 1000/- will be paid by you as a fine.
•    If you deposit cash in our account than cash deposit charges will be paid by you according to bank norms.
•    T.D.S Deduction in Your Commission is compulsory. (Is According to Work)
•    Services will be issued to branch according to area and goodwill & work profile.
•    Company will not pay any of your office and shop rent & your any employee salary.
•    Company will not pay any of your telephone and internet expenses.
•    Franchise and Business Partner Fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: -
1.    "ZONE" - Top branch level which may include from 1 to 20 districts.
2.    "Metro District"- A District which has a Metro City in it. This franchise level is based on the geographical district guidelines of the government of India.
3.    "District" - This franchise is based on the geographical district guidelines of the government of India.
4.    "City" - City Range is an area defined/decided by the company on the basis of Wards or PIN Codes. This area can be created in a Capital cities, Metro Cities & Big Cities which have huge business potential.
5.    "Unit" - Base branch level which has no area specific rights.
